Hi, I’m Sally. I am the person who will deal with all of your booking process, all phone communication and emails.
I am also one of TSI’s Instructors, so am the best placed person to help you with your booking and questions, due to having a wealth of experience in teaching over the last 20+yrs.
I will always offer you lessons that are going to best suit your needs and goals for your holiday, I will never sell you a lesson that is never going to work.

The Snow Institute does not have an office in resort, we work from home and take bookings all year round. In the winter, we are on the hill teaching during the day, so you will not receive a response to emails or phone calls during the day, we will answer emails and messages in the evening.
The best time to call us in the winter is normally from 5pm onwards (French time), in the summer you can call us any time.
Always check your spam and junk folder if you haven’t received a response as our emails can end up in there!
