Client Commitments

Clients should ensure that they are in a fit and safe condition to take part in physical activity in a mountain environment.
Clients should make every effort to be on time for their lessons booked with TSI and will notify the instructor if delayed by telephone (as per meeting details). With Private Lessons, the instructor will wait for a max of 15mins at the meeting point, they will also try to contact you. Group Lessons, the instructor will wait for a max of 5mins at the meeting point, they will then go, do a lap of the nearest chair and sweep back via the meeting point, so please wait here if you are late. After this, if you have not made contact with the instructor, they will not come back to find you.
It is your responsibility to contact the instructor if you are late or delayed, failure to do so will mean that you will lose your lesson and no refund will be issued. TSI will not be held liable for your late arrival.

Children, we reserve the right to ask parents to remove their children from a lesson if they are ill, not safe due to their behaviour or inappropriately dressed. No refund will be issued in these cases.
