Personal advice from
start to finish
Hi, I'm Sally and I'll be your main point of contact throughout the booking process. As one of TSI's ski instructors with over 30 years of teaching experience, I'm in the best position to help you choose the right lessons for your holiday. Rather than simply taking bookings, I'll listen to your goals, answer your questions and make honest recommendations based on what will work best for you.
If I don't believe a particular lesson is the right fit, I'll tell you. Our aim is always to help you get the most from your time on the mountain, not simply sell you a lesson.

A few helpful things to know
Winter Response Times
During the winter we're usually teaching on the mountain throughout the day, so the best time to call is after 5pm (French time). Emails and messages are normally answered in the evening.
Check Your Junk Folder
If you haven't heard back from us, please check your spam or junk folder as our replies occasionally end up there.

How quickly will TSI reply?
We will always endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible but please take into account that this make take up to 3 days due to high volume of emails in the Winter, we mainly respond late afternoon or evening.
During the inter season and summer months our response could take up to 1 week.
Do you have an office in resort?
The Snow Institute does not have an office in resort, we work from home and take bookings all year round. In the winter, we are on the hill teaching during the day, so you will not receive a response to emails or phone calls during the day, we will answer emails and messages in the evening.
Can you help me choose the right lesson?
Yes, we will find out as much information needed to then be able to offer you ski lessons that will work for you and your family or party.
Can I contact you during my holiday?
Absolutely, best method is via WhatsApp for a quicker response but remember we might be teaching so might not answer straight away!
