Private ski lessons offer the most personalised and effective way to improve your skiing. Every lesson is tailored to your goals, ability level and pace, helping you build confidence, develop technique and get more enjoyment from your time on the mountain.
Unlike group lessons, your ski instructor’s focus is entirely on you, allowing lessons to progress at a pace that suits your learning style and goals.
Whether you are skiing alone, with family or as part of a small group, our experienced ski instructors will create a ski lesson that helps you make the most of your holiday.

How many people can TSI take per instructor/lesson?
- Private lessons we take 6 people max per group.
- Adult Group lessons are 4 people max per group.
- Kids Group lessons are 4 children max for Mini Groups (3/5yrs and all groups run out of peak weeks) and 6 children max for all other groups.
Are private ski lesson prices the same throughout the season?
Private ski lesson prices vary depending on the time of year. During Christmas, New Year and February half-term, a minimum three-person charge applies due to exceptionally high demand.
Can I book a private ski lesson for just one person?
Absolutely. Private ski lessons can be booked for individuals, couples, families or groups of up to six people. Every ski lesson is tailored to your ability level and objectives.
What ski lesson durations are available?
Private ski lessons are available as 2-hour, 3-hour (half day), 4-hour and 6-hour (full day) sessions. Whether you’re looking for a quick confidence boost or a full day of coaching and guiding, we’ll help you choose the best option for your goals.
What are TSI private ski lesson start times?
At TSI we try to be as flexible as possible, although availability varies depending on existing bookings.

Which resorts do you offer private ski lessons in?
We offer private ski lessons in Morzine, Les Gets and Avoriaz. Simply let us know where you’re staying when booking, and we’ll arrange the most suitable meeting point for your lesson.
Meeting locations are planned around our daily schedule, so changes at short notice aren’t always possible, although we’ll always do our best to help.

Yes. Private lessons are one of the best ways to learn to ski, especially if you’re new to the sport.
