I just wanted to say a big thank you for the fantastic ski lessons in Avoriaz. A special thanks to Lisa and Fabio — they were both absolutely brilliant. Their patience, encouragement, and enthusiasm made such a difference, and the kids truly loved every moment of their time on the slopes. It was great to see their confidence grow so quickly while having so much fun. We really appreciate the effort and care that went into making the experience so enjoyable for them. Thanks again, and we hope to be back again in the future!

A big thank you for organising such fantastic ski instructors for us! Fabio was incredible with my husband and I. We hadn't been skiing before but he pitched the lessons just right, listened to us and didn't try to push us beyond our limits. By the end of the 5 days we were happily skiing on our own and loving it. Our teenage kids had Gavin who showed them the ropes of the resort and enabled them to enjoy the slopes on their own, whilst we carried on our lessons. We would all highly recommend TSI and hope to come back for more next year 🙂

I would highly recommend The Snow Institute. From my initial contact with Sally via email all the way through, the communication and information was excellent. I can honestly say these were the best ski lessons I've ever had. I felt we were listen to and the lesson was tailored exactly to our needs. I asked for a female instructor in a lesson with women (we were told it would be a maximum of 4 people) the lesson ended up being just myself and my daughter. Our instructor Lisa was brilliant, she was clearly an excellent skier with years of experience. Lisa was lovely, so friendly and chatty and really knew her stuff which put us both at easy very quickly. My husband said it was the best he'd ever seen me ski and could see how much more confident I was after the lessons. I will definitely book in again with Lisa the next time we ski in Morzine. Thank you so much!

We had a fantastic week, and aided by having both Sam and Becky having excellent ski lessons. Sam in particular made incredible progress, Mickey was amazing, he communicated so well with the children, turned everything into fun and a game, and Sam absolutely loved it. We could not believe where Mickey took him and the rapid learning. We were able to get him to Les Gets and a Blue piste tour on the Saturday.
Your organisation prior to the trip was excellent and flexibility in some changes appreciated. We most certainly would recommend you and use you again. Finally just another massive thank you to Mickey for being incredible with Sam.

I had a two hour private ski lesson with Alex, and I can't say enough good things about it. Having learnt to ski (quite badly) as a teenager then given it up in favour of snowboarding, I'd come in recent years to the realisation that being able to both ski and snowboard would be fun, and perhaps a helpful switch for my tired legs. Alex was absolutely brilliant, asking detailed questions about what I wanted to get from the lesson and about my skiing experience. His advice was spot on - I had several "aha!" moments as he showed me why I was making life hard for myself, and how to rectify it. I think my future self will thank him, as not only did it make life on skis eminently easier, it also reduced risk of injury. It was money incredibly well spent, and I left his lesson energised and greatly encouraged. Thanks, Alex!

Just to say that I and my two daughters loved our lesson with Alex. He was great to have as a private ski instructor and gave us clear and helpful advice on how to improve our techniques. We all found the lesson very beneficial and would not hesitate to book up again with TSI next time we’re out in Morzine. And thank you so much for sorting the lesson out at such short notice.
