Piste X Code
Helping to keep our mountains safe for everyone
At TSI, we're passionate about helping people enjoy the mountains safely. That's why we're proud to support the Piste X Code initiative, raising awareness of the internationally recognised slope safety rules and encouraging everyone to ski and snowboard responsibly.
Why It Matters
A simple idea that can save lives
Many accidents on the slopes are completely avoidable. Unfortunately, many skiers and snowboarders don't realise that official piste safety rules even exist.
Piste X Code was created by local mums Amie and Louise following a number of tragic accidents on the mountain. Their mission is simple: increase awareness of the FIS Piste Rules, encourage responsible behaviour and help make the mountains a safer place for everyone.
At TSI, we're proud to support that mission and help spread the message to skiers of all ages and abilities.
Supporting Piste X Code
Why TSI is involved
Here at TSI, we believe skiing should be enjoyable, confidence-building and above all, safe.
Teaching good technique is only part of what we do. We also help our clients understand how to share the mountain responsibly, respect other skiers and make sensible decisions on the slopes.
Together with many other local businesses, we're proud to support Piste X Code and its ongoing mission to improve slope safety throughout the mountains.
